The David Mackenzie House Scholarship seeks to award students who are pursuing degrees in historic preservation or a related field (urban planning, history, architecture, American studies, etc., with an emphasis on historic preservation). As Detroit’s oldest and largest historic preservation organization, Preservation Detroit’s David Mackenzie House Scholarship seeks to award historic preservation students with a distinct interest in historic preservation in an urban setting.
